What are your jewelries made out of?At Studio Byobyo, our jewelries are crafted with high-quality materials such as 14k gold-filled findings, and genuine gemstones that can last a lifetime. We prioritize ethical sourcing, ensuring that our materials are responsibly obtained. Please refer to the Details section of each product page, or click here for more details.

Will your jewelries tarnish?We try to use 14K gold-filled and high quality 14K gold-plated findings in most of our collections so that their luster will last a lifetime. To prevent any discoloration from happening, it is essential to take care of your jewelries correctly. Please visit Product Care for maintenance guide.

Can I swim while wearing my jewelries?Long period of exposure to liquids, such as water, chlorinated water (pools), and seawater (and even sweat!) will damage the coatings and appearance of your jewelry, eventually shortening its life. We always recommend to keep your jewelry dry. However, if it is inevitable, please make sure to rinse your jewelry immediately after use, and wipe it dry.

How long does it take to make my piece?All jewelry pieces at Studio Byobyo are handmade one by one, and made to order to ensure sustainability. The lead time can differ depending on the type of product you have ordered. Please check the Lead Time section on the product page to get an estimate of when your piece will be ready. Whether it's altering the metal type, gemstone, or design elements, we can help you bring your vision to life through our bespoke service. I made a mistake on my order! What should I do?Please contact us as soon as possible within 12 hours of your order so that we can make things right before it's too late.

I need to cancel my order.Once an order has been placed, we begin crafting immediately. We kindly ask that you contact us within 12 hours of order placement so that we can issue a full refund for you. This allows us to halt the crafting process and ensure that you receive a complete refund in a timely manner.

I am in a hurry. Can I place a rush order?Unfortunately, we do not accept rush orders, which can impact the waiting time for other customers. Please review the Lead Time section of each product page and the estimate shipping time, and order ahead of time; or, contact us beforehand for bespoke orders.

Do you ship internationally?Yes, of course! We ship to almost every country in the world.

Can I change my shipping method?Once your package has been shipped out, it is impossible to change the shipping method.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?We take great care to minimize damage when packaging. However, unforeseen events can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the first opening. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
