Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Please note that we process, ship, and deliver orders from Monday to Friday only. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
Lead Time
Each piece from Studio Byobyo is crafted on demand. The lead time for creating a piece varies depending on the product type. Please check the Lead Time section on each product page before placing an order. For information on the lead time for bespoke orders, please get in touch with us.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside of South Korea may incur additional shipping charges. Furthermore, any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any inquiries regarding customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for assistance. Studio Byobyo cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or any applicable duties that were incurred.

We use Express Mail Service (EMS) for international shipping. Below are the shipping rates for various countries in Korean Won. Please note that these rates may change depending on the postal situation.

Delivery Time
Studio Byobyo has no control over the delivery time. Delivery time can always vary depending on the postal situation and customs clearance. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or returned packages due to an incorrect address during transit. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the delivery company directly for assistance.

Returns Policy
Cancellations
To cancel your open order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of order, as we begin crafting your order immediately. Any cancellation requests received after 12 hours will be treated as a "return", and our standard return policies will apply.
Returns & Exchanges
At Studio Byobyo, we are committed to providing high-quality, carefully crafted art pieces for our customers. Due to the nature of our handcrafted items and our commitment to sustainability, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review the product descriptions and images before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
When you make a purchase from our online store, it is presumed that you have carefully read and comprehended all descriptions and consent to the policies.
In the event that your item arrives in a damaged condition, we kindly request that you contact us immediately upon the first opening of the package and provide us with a photograph of the affected area. We would be more than happy to assist you in resolving the matter.
Refund
All sales are considered final and refunds will not be issued, except for order cancellations within 12 hours of payment. In case of a cancelled order, we will provide a full refund. Please note that deposits and partial payments are non-refundable.
In any case other than cancellations, where a special arrangement for refund has been confirmed and approved, we will issue the agreed amount of refund, excluding the shipping fee and any other charges incurred due to customs.
Studio Byobyo reserves the right to refuse a refund for any reason.
